Help us understand the issue
For a search or notification question, include the monitor name, what you expected, what happened and roughly when. A screenshot can help; remove any personal information you don’t want to share.
Never send passwords, sign-in tokens, API keys or payment-card details. We won’t need your password to investigate a problem.

You can use the same email to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask for account deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Contact us from your registered email where possible so we can verify the request. See our privacy statement.
Questions about a vehicle?
Contact the seller through the original Trade Me listing. Scout does not sell vehicles or represent sellers, and cannot confirm a vehicle’s condition, reserve it or arrange payment.
